In 2012, Obama infamously said of business owners, "You didn't build that!"
Today, President Trump turned those words on Joe Biden.
When asked about Biden's critisim of his coronavirus response on Twitter, Trump said, "Biden didn’t write that, he wished he did, but he didn’t."
The president even accused a Democrat operative of writing Biden's tweets for him.
Trump, on the other hand, is widely known to write his own tweets, some flying out from his phone in the middle of the night.
The president also declared, "He doesn't write. He's probably not even watching right now, and if he is, he doesn't understand what he's watching."
You can watch the epic moment from today's presser below:
Questions have been raised about Joe Biden's mental stamina.
He's made many gaffes every time he appears on television or on the campaign trail.
On multiple occassions, he's had verbal altercations with voters, including an explicit shouting match with an auto worker in Michigan.
Assuming Joe Biden is the Democratic nominee, many political observers are eager to see how he would stack against President Trump on the debate stage.
If today's presser is any indication, Trump is ready.
Fox News has more details on Trump's stinging rebuke:
President Trump on Saturday dismissed a critical tweet from Joe Biden, saying the former vice president couldn't have authored the post because "he doesn't write."
Biden tweeted Saturday just before Trump's White House coronavirus briefing began that Trump wasn't responsible for COVID-19, "but he is responsible for failing to prepare our nation to respond to it."
When asked about the tweet during the press briefing, Trump said a "Democratic operative" wrote it and implied Biden wasn't capable.
"He doesn't write. He's probably not even watching right now," Trump said of the televised daily briefing. "And if he is, he doesn't understand what he's watching."
The Twitter-prolific president added: “Biden didn’t write that, he wished he did, but he didn’t."
Earlier in the briefing, Trump had kinder words for Biden.
He acknowledged the former vice president is the "probable" 2020 Democratic nominee and said he "appreciates" Biden's "support" for the travel ban he enacted from China at the start of the coronavirus outbreak. Trump said it was "very nice" to hear Biden's backing Friday, especially since he took a lot of heat as being "xenophobic" and "racist" at the time he enacted the ban to slow the spread of the virus, Trump said.
Instead of offering any help during the pandemic, Biden has been critical of the president, saying what he would do if he was president...
The only problem is that Biden's so-called policy suggestions are actually things that President Trump has already implmented.
For example, the travel restrictions around China.

Democrats have been criticizing the president's every move when it comes to COVID-19.
As recently as February 24, Nancy Pelosi was spotted in the Chinatown district in San Francisco encouraging people to eat at restaurants and go to shops as usual.
Now, many Democrats are changing their tune on the president's travel ban with China.
During the same presser, Trump praised Biden for finally coming around on the issue. Breitbart has the details:
President Donald Trump said Saturday he appreciated that former Vice President Joe Biden had decided to agree with him on travel bans on places like China, where the coronavirus originated.
“He agreed that I was correct when I stopped people from China very early from coming into our country,” Trump said.
Biden’s campaign told CNN on Friday that the former Vice President “supports travel bans that are guided by medical experts, advocated by public health officials, and backed by a full strategy.”
The president reminded reporters that his China travel ban was supported by Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Trump spoke about Biden’s sudden pivot on the travel ban after describing it over a month earlier as “hysterical xenophobia.”
“I appreciate the fact that he did, because I was called xenophobic, racist, I was called many things when I did that very early,” Trump said.
While Democrats eventually come to agree with President Trump, it's clear that Trump is ahead of the curve on these issues.
That's exactly what Americans want in a president -- someone who is able to see two steps ahead to guide in the country in the right direction.
Thanks to Trump's early actions, countless American lives have been saved.
Now, Trump is even considering a second task force to guide the reopening of the U.S. economy when the time is right.
Democrats continue to politicize the coronavirus pandemic, but President Trump continues to lead.
