Fake COVID-19 Inoculation Cards Are Now a Criminal Offense in New York

Anyone in New York who flaunts a fake COVID-19 inoculation card could now face time behind bars.

Honestly, I see this as a positive thing for the movement pushing back against medical tyranny.

In my opinion, fake cards still comply with this wicked agenda and make things tougher for those fighting for human rights against medical discrimination.

By getting a fake COVID-19 inoculation card, you’re playing along with a system built on segregating society. And that won’t win in the long run.

Plus, giving the State this information still puts you in the same situation to obtain the digital ID. That’s the endgame to this globalist agenda anyway.

But for the ones who insist on playing along, New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed legislation on Wednesday to make fake cards a class A misdemeanor.

NBC New York explained:

The bill clarifies that “a COVID Vaccination Card shall be considered a written instrument for purposes of the forgery statute,” which makes faking one a crime punishable by up to 1 year in jail or 3 years’ probation.

That bill also created the felony of computer tampering in the third degree for “intentional entering, alteration or destruction of ‘computer material’ regarding COVID-19 vaccine provisions,” according to a statement from the governor’s office.

Class E felonies can be punished with up to four years in prison.

“The ‘Truth in Vaccination’ law will serve as a strong deterrent to prevent people from lying about their vaccination status, protecting public health, and ensuring our economic recovery can move forward,” state senator Anna M. Kaplan said in a statement.

Daily Mail added:

‘It’s never been more urgent that we protect this process from fraud so that the health and safety of the public isn’t compromised by bad actors using fraudulent vaccination cards or passports,’ State Sen. Anna Kaplan (D-Long Island), a sponsor of the bill, said.

Kaplan said New York’s current spike in COVID-19 infections means the ability to prosecute those involved in vaccine card fraud is particularly important.

Fraudulent vaccination cards are also a violation of federal law, and the FBI in March released a public service announcement reminding the public that it’s a crime to ‘replicate the unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal, specifically the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention seals.’

Counterfeit cards have for months popped up on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Facebook, Instagram and other marketplaces.

In April, a bipartisan coalition of 47 state attorneys general sent a letter to the CEOs of Twitter, Shopify and eBay to take down ads or links selling the bogus cards.

The NYPD recently busted two high-ranking officers for uploading fake COVID-19 inoculation cards into their department’s system.
