16-Year Old Wyoming Student Arrested For Refusal to Wear Mask Speaks Out

Earlier this week, we reported the story of a 16-year old Wyoming student arrested at her school.

What was her crime?

Refusing to comply with the school’s unconstitutional mask mandate.

Grace Smith refused to bow down to medical tyrants and was arrested for trespassing.

The school went into lockdown and Grace was escorted from the building in handcuffs.

Grace and her father, Andy, gave a series of interviews to discuss the situation and the legal battle that lies ahead.

Grace is a high school junior. She is a beautiful young lady who is kind, caring, and compassionate. She loves dance and theater and is a good student. Grace has chosen to exercise her rights and attend school without wearing a mask. The local school board has voted to enforce a universal mask policy that we believe is unlawful and in violation of the constitution of the state of Wyoming.

Grace has endured suspensions and was arrested for not wearing a mask. She has also been targeted by peers and school staff members for exercising her rights. Grace is raising funds to help with the legal cost of defending her civil liberties and the civil liberties of other students in Wyoming who are enduring the same unlawful treatment.
