I always thought if the President didn’t sign a Bill within a certain time period, it was vetoed, and that was the Pocket Veto.

And it turns out that’s true if Congress is NOT in session when that timer runs out.

If Congress IS in session when the timer runs out, it’s the exact opposite result.
