WATCH: Fully Vaccinated And COVID Negative Canadian Man Trapped Inside Toronto Quarantine Facility

An Ottawa man is imprisoned inside a Canadian quarantine facility in Toronto after his business trip to Egypt.

Before returning home from his trip, Andrew Kavalersky was fully compliant with the steps required by the Canadian government when flying back.

He’s fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provided three negative tests.

And he filled out Canada’s ArriveCan app before his return.

However, Kavalersky’s compliance didn’t prevent him from being held prisoner inside the quarantine facility.

He’s not allowed to leave, hasn’t had a change of clothes in five days, and doesn’t know what’s going on.
